Sara-Ashley Moreno5 StarWow! What a company. I was terrified to embark on the task of getting a new roof but Lucid was wonderful. Not only did they move quickly in providing a fast and FAIR quote, they took time to explain it to me in detail and bear with me through all my questions. Once I approved the quote, they were on site within 5 days with a HUGE crew. They started bright and early Wednesday morning and finished Thursday afternoon -- leaving my house and lawn looking better than it did when they arrived. Rob5 StarI contacted Lucid Services after our home in the Heights suffered extensive roof damage from the May 2024 "Derecho". Lucid responded immediately and sent a crew over same day to remove the tree branches from our roof and thoroughly tarp our roof (including working in the rain!). The new roof installation went off without a hitch and we are very satisfied. Our salesman Daniel kept us informed through out the process and Christian (the owner) coordinated as needed with our insurance company. Raymond as the project mgr was great at providing information and answering all my questions before during and after the roof replacement. Overall, the work was excellent and communication was great incl. with the crew for the pre- and post.
