Nina & Emily Boyd5 StarI cannot say enough positive things about Adam Shepherd and his company PuroClean of Kingwood. I live in the Dallas area and my 80 yr old parents reside in Kingwood. Last week my parents woke up to water covering the master bathroom, closets and bedroom. After handling the plumbing issue I needed to find a company that could help remediate!! Thank goodness a local Kingwood plumber referred PuroClean to me. Adam made it a priority to come out early on a Sunday morning to access the situation. He called me once he was at their house to walk me through and let me know everything he was seeing. Together we made a decision on next steps. He took pictures of everything with a moisture meter so I could see the damage.. he came back daily to check on the drying out process, and moving fans as appropriate. (all the while calling me daily while he was at their home to give me an update!) Adam gave me great peace of mind knowing my folks were being taken care of in a kind, professional manor.

rsummers545 StarThese guys are great! After 26 years in the rental business, you learn to be skeptical about service companies.
After my mom’s sewer backed up into five rooms in her house I immediately rented equipment and tried to clean it up myself. It was way beyond my capacity. We called Adam with Puroclean and he came out ASAP. They began sucking out cleaning out and drying out her over 2800 ft.² home.
I had to go out of town, but was convinced watching them for two days that. She was in good hands. They worked together with her insurance and got her through this obnoxious mess. Communication was excellent and the crew knew what they were doing. I highly recommend this company. And now plan to use them for my rentals.Tuesday 25th July 2023
Capt G5 StarWe had a sewage pipe clog and flood a good portion of our downstairs including the kitchen and dining room with dirty water. My wife and I were leaving on a cruise the very next day. Puroclean was there to help us right away so we could go and enjoy our cruise and have peace of mind leaving the clean up and mitigation portion of this crisis in their hands! The owner Adam and his team were very thorough and professional…and also very trustworthy! Their emergency services are not cheap but worth every bit! Ashley Montgomery5 StarI cannot say enough good things about Adam and this company. They helped dry our walls and baseboards after our pipes burst in the freeze. I was hesitant to remove so many walls in my home, so Adam came back to speak with me after already explaining it all to my husband. He was on time and available the entire time we had fans in our house. His customer service is beyond industry standard and I would highly recommend PuroClean to anyone who finds themself in need of water clean up or any other service they offer.Friday 14th May 2021
